thank your help! yes. the dell is laptop. it is in home get ip add of
LAN 192.168.1.102, I setup openvpn client config in the dell laptop. i haven't
2 efw or efw2efw.the log didn't said error, everything is ok. but i can't ping
vpn gateway through tap0, every ping displays "Destination Host Unreachable"
arp command display the 192.168.200.1(vpn gateway) incomplete. I think it must
be routing problem of eth0 and tap0, eth0 can't forward tap0 packet, it haven't
the tap0 route table !! I added and deleted some route, but it still exist .so
weird.thanks again!! I will try it!

i have some difficulties to understand your setup. i assume you have
192.168.200.0/24 as green on your remote site and 192.168.1.0/24 is your
local network behind "dell".
but then i don't understand why PC should get 192.168.1.102
which ip does have "dell" and where in the network is it? is "dell" == "PC"?
the ping responses seem that your openpvn tunnel is not established
correctly. do you use 2 efw's and gw2gw or do you have a openvpn client
on "dell"?
check the openvpn log files for errors.

this happens if you enable "use this firewall as default gateway" for
your openvpn user on the server. tick that option off and the client
does not change the default gateway in order to pass all the traffic
through the vpn tunnel.
