I've found the problem/solution:

---
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/var/efw/havp # /etc/init.d/havp start
Starting HTTP virus scanner (havp): Starting HAVP Version: 0.83
Filesystem not supporting mandatory locks!
On Linux, you need to mount filesystem with "-o mand"
Exiting..
[FAILED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/var/efw/havp #
---

I changed the  /etc/fstab (XEN-DomU):
---
/dev/hda1       /               ext3    noatime,mand            1 1
/dev/hda2       none            swap    sw                      0 0
none            /dev/pts        devpts  gid=5,mode=620          0 0
none            /dev/shm        tmpfs   defaults                0 0
none            /proc           proc    defaults                0 0
none            /sys            sysfs   defaults                0 0
---

Now it's running :-)
