endian is not responsable to purchase a license for the community
edition since it is a unix-like distribution released under the GPL.
the download license of dansguardian covers only the download from their
pages and mirrors. since you don't download it from their page but get
it as part of a unix-like distribution, you can use it under the
conditions of the GPL, *as far as i understood* from
http://dansguardian.org/?page=copyright2
if unsure, please ask dansguardian people.
