I'm running EFW on a VMWare Server with a green and red zone. I had 2.0 running, backed up the data, shut it down, started a new VM with the 2.1 ISO, restored the backup to it (after setting up the NICs, which is a pain in VM), and it worked straight out. Super easy, super clean.
