Lets start with the Proxy Graph. Verify that you have enabled logging by 
going to the Proxy tab the HTTP then verify that the logging is enabled.

Proxy > HTTP > Log settings and enable Log enabled

If it isn't watch for a full 24hrs and see if you have a proxy graph.
