Does Traffic Shaping do anything with VPN traffic?

outgoing is supposed to be only traffic which goes through the machine
(don't start at the machine) and exits one of the red devices.

vpn traffic cannot be filtered within community version. the enterprise
version has such a feature with which you can filter vpn traffic.
