As far as the packages are concerned, I believe that IPCop has many options and full freedom to install and remove from the list of various packages available official or unofficial for IPCops. But, I found Endian is neat, clean and comes with fully loaded packages that are very useful and of course works well. I also like their community and commercial options, meaning you can evaluate the system by installing the community and if you really like it then you can buy their appliance and get peace of mind support options. However, I still wish that community versions should be supported more actively.
