This is how efw works. User configuration will be made within settings
files in /var/efw/. Those data will be passed to a template engine,
which transforms configuration templates to real configuration files (In
most of the cases so far).
If you like to change the configuration manually you need to change the
templates. Otherwise the real configuration file will always be
overwritten by the restart scripts. The templates normally are named
*.tmpl, just like the configuration file itself with a .tmpl as extra
extension.
