I want to thank all those ahead of me on this one who helped work on
the rpm updates and even provide for me direction
on getting the config files working in this update. I decided to make
things more complete by giving you the exact entries
that clamd and freshclam need to have within their config files. So
now you can just copy what I've posted here into your
config files and be up and running quickly.

1. Upgrade clamav+havp+perl in "one line":
rpm -Uvh

3. chmod 666 /var/log/clamav/clamd.log <== This gives clamav user
rights to write to this file
3. Test out each of them by typing in clamd and freshclam at the
command prompt. this will tell you the errors that still exist.
4. Reboot and check your logs, mainly the clamav log
