I have in the Mail Queue about 2372 message waiting and the following is the
summary.

-- 115928 Kbytes in 2372 Requests.

This count seems to be increasing since more mails are coming to the server
but not delivered to the users.

For every request I can see "(connect to 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]: Connection
refused)" or "(delivery temporarily suspended: connect to 127.0.0.1[
127.0.0.1]: Connection refused)" status.

Is this related to my ISP line bandwidth? Or how can I fix this issue? If I
leave as it is for tonight will it deliver all the mails?
