I tried it again as instructed.

Using LDAP (Active Directory) I managed to get it to connect and login to
the Domain Server, list and select groups, etc.

However when you try to access the web, the Authentication Realm Prompt pops
up asking for a login/password.  Nothing seems to work at this point.

The only way I was able to get it to work is by specifying the ip address of
the machine that needs to access the web in the "Source subnet/ip/mac
without authentication (one per line)" box.  Unfortunately this overrides
the Active Directory Group - so people who are not in the ad internet access
group have access too.

I have also tried the Windows Authentication with little luck.  I've not
even been able to login to the NT Domain via the Advanced tab - it just says
"unable to find a suitable server".
