 your problem is only when connecting from lan to dmz with http in port 80?     
he is this correct?

 In "Proxy --> Network based access control -> Allowed subnets (one
per line)",
you have something like:
  192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0
  10.10.10.0/255.255.255.0

 if this ok, you prove to add in "Proxy --> Network based access
control ->Destinations to which bypass the transparent proxy "  you ip
wan
