Hi Tomakos,

since I have set under Actions -> Options -> Connection -> Connection

"Use Port 80 for incoming connections" 
- and -
"Use Port 80 and 443 for incoming alternative connections"
( Outgoing ports as you set )

it works fine under Endian 2.1.2
Skype v.3.0.0.209
