I too am having a problem updating Snort on 2.1.2, getting the MD5 checksum error. Haven't looked at it too closely yet to see what it could be.
What graph in particular is it that you want to see? >From what I can tell the graphs themselves are stored in the unsecured html/ folder and then included in the protected cgi-bin/ folder.
