I've been using Endian firewall for home use for a while now and think it's
great.
One additional feature that I need is an instant messaging transparent proxy
/ filter / monitor so that I can monitor how my kids might be using it. The
only one I've found that should work on this platform is IMspector
(http://www.imspector.org/). It has a nice censor feature too that can
replace bad words with a definable character.
Are there plans to include this service and/or is there a way I can try
adding it to my current install? Smoothwall has this feature built into it,
but as I said, I've been using Endian for a couple years and like it very
much.
