Antivirus on the firewall can not work over https because https is a secure
connection between the source and the destination which is your local
machine.
Because the Antivirus program runs on the firewall, it can intercept the
data between the source and the destination - this would break the secure
connection which is what https is designed for.
The only way to do this is to run an Antivirus program on your local machine
which scans the data after it has been received over the https connection.
