You can put your 
"route add -net x.x.x.x netmask x.x.x.x gw x.x.x.x"
in the file "rc.local" in the map "/etc/init.d/"

Now after reboot your machine will load the commands in "rc.local" automaticly 
after reboot.

edit the file with texeditor nano or use Winscp.
Make sure you enabled ssh access.
