THANKS! I think the RHEL 4 option was the one. I chose Other Linux 1st time, forgot to mention that. Really didn't think those options made much difference. Eveything else worked perfectly.

I just installed it on vmware workstation without any problem, I selected rhel4 as linux base operating system and it installed in less than 15 minute, trying to explore it.

I did nothing extra setting in vmware default virtual Machine creation. I added only 2 additional lan card so i can use it.

What I would recomend it

create a new virtual machine with default setting of vmware workstation and in guest operating system choose Linux Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.

Nothing else need to be done there extra as per my opnion.
