THANKS! I think the RHEL 4 option was the one. I chose Other Linux 1st
time, forgot to mention that. Really didn't think those options made
much difference. Eveything else worked perfectly.

I did nothing extra setting in vmware default virtual Machine
creation. I added only 2 additional lan card so i can use it.
What I would recomend it
create a new virtual machine with default setting of vmware
workstation and in guest operating system choose Linux Red Hat
Enterprise Linux 4.
Nothing else need to be done there extra as per my opnion.
