You may look to what is possible one one hand and what should be done in the other hand... If you have 3 websites, with low/medium traffics or cpu/disk loads, then you Should put them all on 1 single server, so you won't have to manage 3 different IPs. Your DNS and Apache/IIS config will do the trick and tell people from outside where is the right website. Moreover, it'll cost you less to have only one IP to handle... But there is maybe things that are not said for which you absolutely want 3 different public IP ?....
