Spamassassin has a module called check_basicheaders, which can block email unless it conforms to norms.
Things like bad dates, or dates in the past/future triggers it on my mail server. Sorry, but I'm not using the betas, and I dont use efw for spam removal, so I don't know if efw is using this module.
