One more question. What is a MIOL router? Is MIOL a brand, or some mil spec,
or what?

The endian could be placed between the MIOL router and internet, or it could
replace the MIOL router (if MIOL is a simple router), or it could go between
the MIOL router and the switch. (JASN-01-RO-01?) 

It has to be inline with the only route to the internet. Being a router, the
efw will have to be set to forward ports to the next router back, or the
servers for inbound traffic. 

If placed before the MIOL, the web/mail servers could be placed on red.
However, if your users need to access the servers for file/print service,
they would be better placed on green with them.
