Might want to try adding a host record on the Endian under Network -> Edit Hosts. This way, when Endian proxys the DNS query it will respond with the internal IP for the domain name.

HTTP Proxy off, Outgoing firewall off. Have following isue, if i try to access my webserver using www.server.com from internal network, i cannot access it, from outside working just fine. Generaly there is workaround for this, if i check SNAT checkbox in port forwarding rule then everything works, but there is one gotcha, if i check SNAT, webserver (php script) returns EndianFW internal IP, not the visitor IP. As there is need to log visitors ip address, i cannot use this feature.
