It's possible that someone in this list has a Cisco 515E and so could answer you directly. But the only way to know is to try. It wont cost you anything, except the use of a spare pc for a while.
It does take some time getting to know efw and it's settings, so if you dont want to wait I could try creating an ipsec connection from a 2.2r3 test server to your Cisco.
