Chris,

Appreciate the 2.2rc3 release and your move towards being 
more open to the larger developer community.

As an important step in that direction, please release the 
development RPMs for 2.2rc3 (like your earlier 
EFW-COMMUNITY-2.1.1-devel-RPMS.tar.bz2 release).  Such a 
package is a key step in making it possible for me and 
others to jump aboard 2.2rc3 and support, update, port, 
develop, and contribute features and capabilities to EFW.

If you don't release such a set of development RPMs, the 
pain of setting up an EFW development environment is simply 
too high.  And I, like Mike Tremaine, will probably choose 
to stay with an older release that I can support.
