I just upgraded tonight from 2.2-beta1 to 2.2RC3. Here is what I did and some issues I found:
1. Did a full backup and saved everything from the 2.2-beta1 install. 2. Did a fresh install of 2.2RC3 to the current box that was running 2.2-beta1. 3. Restored backup. 4. Upon bootup I had to switch network cables then firewall ip was pingable and I was able to log into the web interface. 5. Content filter would not start until I added a "Visible hostname" on the proxy config page 7. Rebooted firewall to make sure everything started (It did not take 30min to bootup, however I may not have as much enabled, etc. for dansguardian like others have). 6. After reboot System and traffic graphs stopped for about an hour or so and now they started working 7. mailgraph's had graphs before I rebooted now I get "No information available." (smtp proxy is working: Oct 21 22:34:56 postfix/smtpd[8035]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from 211.14.219.227.eo.eaccess.ne.jp[211.14.219.227]: 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [211.14.219.227] blocked using zen.spamhaus.org; http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=211.14.219.227; from= to= proto=SMTP helo=<211.14.219.227.eo.eaccess.ne.jp> Gotta love the spam...lol (i will post more as the testing progresses) Now back to our regulary scheduled program: =^D Band: Grateful Dead Date: 03/09/1981 Venue: Madison Square Garden Location: New York , NY Alberto Ferrer-3 wrote: > > Im preparing upadates for the latest RC3 and planning new ones for every > version of Endian Community Edition, due they dont do that i will do it. > > 2008/10/21 Marco Aurelio <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > >> Thank you for sharing with us their knowledge. >> >> I am also making several tests to see if a stable environment. >> >> Do not forget to keep us informed with their results.
