Make sure that your setup allows for split tunneling.

Subject: [Efw-user] IPSec VPN & Transparent Proxy on EFW-2.2rc2

Hi everyone,
today i've connected an efw-2.2rc2 and a Cisco firewall by an IPSec VPN.
I've no problem during configuration and the VPN tunnel is established and
stable.

Then, i saw that all clients protected by efw stopped internet navigation.
I've DNS resolution, ping and mail functioning, but not navigation.
I had implemented a transparent proxy with some rules and limitations for
workstations. Now proxy isn't working.
I swicthed off trasparent proxy and internet browseing is working again, but
now I have some problems of content filtering.

A Question: Is efw-proxy compatible with IPSec VPN? How can I have VPN and
Proxy (with cache & content filetring) working together?

Best Regards.
Roberto
