I apologize to you. I run spamassassin on my mail server, so
I don't use the spamassassin on efw. I never noticed the
problem because of this. 

There is one thing you might notice. Bayes works by keeping
a database of the mail you normally get on that server. It
takes a few hundred emails added to the database before
bayes works optimally. 

Since you had to copy your bayes files from another server,
the efw server that you updated might allow a little more
spam to get in. 

As time passes, old records are removed and the database
will become updated enough to work better.
