I have little experience in this but my troubleshooting way would be to try to find out if the problem is being caused from your PC or from the Firewall. Have you tried logging in using a different browser? A browser you have never logged in to your efw before, or even a different PC. If that works, then you will probably have to go to your usual browser, find the installed certificates and delete the certificate issued by your old efw. That way you can connect and you will see that warning screen on the first login (Certificate authority cannot be trusted or so). If all this doesnt work, maybe its something from the firewall's side. There I cant help you, I am myself just learning all the great features :-) Have a nice day!
