Could you provide a link please. I've looked all over and haven't been able to find them. I can find the source RPMs for 2.3 at sourceforge https://sourceforge.net/projects/efw/files/Development/ But they don't have the devel RPMs like they had issued for previous versions (latest devel RPMs I can find are for 2.2).
