The log says :
connect to 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]: Connection refused

I have already opened port 25 on Firewall > System Access > System
Access Rule to allow SMTP-traffic to localhost for the transparent
proxy... but no succes.

I have also added "127.0.0.1 localhost" on Network > Edit Hosts > Add
Host so localhost is known by Endian... but no succes.

So how do I allow the transparent proxy to access the system ??
