Thank you for your reply.

Yes I have, and the Dashboard of EFW gives an ip in the range assigned by
the DCHP server in the Fritz 7270, so I believe all is well there.

When I connect another computer (XP) to another LAN connection on the Fritz,
I have access on that (XP) box, again with a valid ip, but the EFW has no
connectivity.
