Hello, maybe you already metioned it, in EFW 2.3 the "dial" user is no longer active for the WebGUI. Thats my main reason why I didn'r upgraded yet. I've got some users who should be capable of reconnecting the net connection, but should not be able to alter EFW-Settings. So the "dial" user was perfect. Not suprising, Endian didn't answered my complaint why this doesn't work in 2.3 any longer :-(
So I've got an idea. This bash script works perfectly for reconnecting the red device: /etc/rc.d/uplinks stop main sleep 90 /usr/local/bin/setddns.pl sleep 30 /usr/local/bin/setddns.pl So all I need is a script I can place in httpdocs from endian, which executes that script and does NOT require the htacces authentification like the normal web GUI.
