I am interested in obtaining per user data throughput statistics via the EFW
web GUI. There is a software package called Squish which works with Squid for
providing reporting on usage data and also restricting access if a user exceeds
a predefined quota. Information on Squish is available via the links below :

  - http://www.ledge.co.za/software/squint/squish/demo/

The demo link (second link) shows the kind of information I am interested in
accessing via the EFW GUI. However, I am interested in being able to see usage
statistics for all data for a user. As such, even if I managed to integrate
Squish with EFW, I am guessing this would only report data which was passed via
the Squid proxy. This would be a good start. However, I am after all data for a
user regardless of whether it was provided via Squid. It could be that once a
user authenticates via Squid and the EFW logs the IP address which could be
then used to calculate usage statistics.

If anyone has managed to get something like this working with squish or using
some other method would you kindly let me know.

Finally, it is possible I have missed something in the GUI. If such a feature
already exits then please let me know where I should be looking.

Thank you.
