The clamd log shows that the database is Malformed. Please remove the daily.cvd 
and main.cvd. 
Do a rm *.cvd to remove and verify that they were deleted by doing a ls -l. 
Once you're sure they are gone, do a freshclam -v to get the new database. Run 
freshclam -v twice until you get a message stating that you have the latest 
database version.
Stop and restart the HTTP proxy once this is done and you should be ok.

I checked disk space but there's a lot free space.
Problem seems to be in databases, but don't know how to fix them.
