I mean shared ethernet with a primary green lan and additional lans on the same nic/switch, plz give it a try.
I can't say how it works with vlan but I suspect a same as with real nic's. vlan can for example be this way: in /etc/rc.sysinit before kickstart modprobe 8021q sleep 1 cat /proc/net/vlan/config vconfig set_name_type VLAN_PLUS_VID_NO_PAD ifconfig eth1 0.0.0.0 vconfig add eth1 1 vconfig add eth1 2 vconfig add eth1 3 vconfig add eth1 4 vconfig add eth1 5 vconfig add eth1 6 vconfig add eth1 7 ip link set vlan1 name eth11 ip link set vlan2 name eth12 ip link set vlan3 name eth13 ip link set vlan4 name eth14 ip link set vlan5 name eth15 ip link set vlan6 name eth16 ip link set vlan7 name eth17 hope this helps Regards Jaroslaw Zdrzalek Silpion IT-Solutions GmbH ----- Ursprüngliche Mail ----- > On 7/14/2011 2:13 AM, Jaroslaw Zdrzalek wrote: > > > Yes, you can have multiple red zones, no problem. > > EFW supports multiple subnets on green in manner > > of shared ethernet.
