I think it's not wrong to leave the other services runnning at SF for a while.
They are less critical and have had less problems as CVS specificly.
Not sure if I can post here, but thought my experiences with sf and other projects might be of interest:
Might be worth considering to leave the mailinglists on sourceforge? I have a personal project 'abtlinux' that I use this for (sf subversion and mailinglists), the rest I host elsewhere. I use trac too, very nice and easy to deal with. The auto mailings from both track and svn can be pointed to your current mailinglists on sf.
Looking forward to the migration to svn and trac for eGroupWare though!
