Hello! It just means that we don't provide packages for not supported packages anymore. If you(as maintainer of chatty) decide that you like to have a package for it, we will build a package. But we will deliver it with egrouware-1.4.xxx.tar.gz but as extra package. This allows you to have a independent release cycle from egroupware.
