[eGroupWare-spanish] We need help to configuration the email but always give us an error

Dear Sir

I am looking to configuration email, and FelaMiMail, but no way to make it, we put our information, the same we include in outlook, but still giving error and answer us this message, we had prove it more that 200 times and we don not make mistake in the password, or email server.

 

Can you please tell me what can I do?, I can not solve the problem. 

The message say,

An error had happened with the link with the email Server

Please, prove the server, username and the password, or contact with the administrator.

If there is no obvious error, prove the email account, and the password

And then, prove the email server, and the type of email server
