Hola dunita! Una vez que has creado las categorias tienes que concederles los permisos, por defecto están todos desactivados. Para eso vete al administrador de noticias y una vez que has creado las categorias das a "configurar permisos de acceso" y ahi ya eliges quien tiene permisos para ver las categorias!
