Seguramente trendrás que modificar la siguiente directiva en el archivo de
configuracion de PHP, php.ini (en kubuntu está en
/etc/php5/apache2/php.ini) Este por defecto son 2 MB. Cambiala a lo que
desees, por ejemplo, yo tengo 1 GB como ves:

; Maximum allowed size for uploaded files.
upload_max_filesize = 1024M
