Saludos Esta es la propuesta de mejora para el Tracker que he intentado insertar en egroupware.org A pesar de ser usuario, y haber añadido en "feature requests" del Tracker, no aparece en el listado. ¿Alguien puede ayudarme? gracias (Version en Español) Mejora de los permisos para usuarios en el Sistemas de Seguimiento (Tracker) Estas son las mejoras propuestas: Los sistemas de seguimiento (cada uno de ellos concretamente) deberían ser visibles solamente para los usuarios con permisos para ello no para todo el mundo. Quiero decir que todos los usuarios pueden ver el sistema de seguimiento general pero solo pueden ver las "colas" en las que tienen permiso para verlas. Los usuarios (tecnicos) de un sistema de seguimiento concreto solo deberían ver los "tickets" que están asignados a ellos. Esta parte podría ser una opción de preferencias generales del Sistema de seguimiento ( activar / desactivar) Los administradores de cola debe poder ver sus tickets y los tickets de los técnicos que pertenecen a ese Sistema de seguimiento Esta parte tambien podría ser una opción general del sistema de seguimiento pero quizá no sea tan importante. of permits for users in the Tracking System
These are the suggested
improvements:
The
tracking systems (each of them specifically) should be visible only by
users who have permits for it, not by everybody.
I mean
that all users can see the general tracking system but they can only
see the "queues" they have permits to view
The
(technical) users of a specific tracking system should only see the
tickets that are assigned to them.
This part could be an option
of general preferences of the tracking system (activate/deactivate)
The administrators of the
queues should be able to see their tickets and the tickets of the
technical staff who belongs to this tracking system
This part could be an option of general
preferences of the tracking system, but it may not be that
important (activate/deactivate)
