I think that the best, in order to run successfully the sample sb,
is to follow carefully the JOnAS install guide  
and the § "Running the supplied examples" 
http://www.objectweb.org/jonas/jonas_root/doc/Install.html
You will see there is no bullejb.jar file.
For your problem have you run the EJBServer from examples/src/sb?
There is  here the jonas.properties file that says to the EJBServer
it must load the correct bean
