Ok, then the behavior is container dependant.  Because a container may use
multiple class loaders.

Wei mentioned the classloader as a final part of his description ("..as
long as the class loader is around.."), so I believe that he is actually
quite correct. I'm not saying that you're wrong in your above
description, only that your statement that Wei is wrong, is wrong. :-)
