Right.  Think my.yahoo.com for example, before you've set up preferences.  Or
think slashdot.org.  Or any other of a gazillion sites out there whose pages
change depending on whether you're logged in yet or not.  Just because you
aren't logged in doesn't mean that they won't show the page; it just looks
different (i.e. usually more general).
