I searched for books as well - but the only thing I found was the
GoF book 'Designpatterns' -> mapping the stuff to EJB. All the other things
were articles or parts of the known EJB books (RMH - Enterprise JavaBeans,
Ed Roman - Mastering EJB ..., ...).
Good part for model-view-controller seperation, DAO and value objects in
'Developing Enterprise Applications with the Java 2 platform, Enterprise
Edition'.
