I would like to add to Vootla's points.
1) It doesn't support container managed persistence. You have to go for BMP.
Really the IDE is not reliable. It's substandard, I would say. If at all you are using it, when ever you cut or paste press up pageUp and pageDn keys, to see your actual edits. The color for comments sometimes show up sometimes doesn't.

IAS or Weblogic etc..
