I am a EJB specialist recruiter. I work only
with the Manufacturing/Vendors environment.
My fees are paid by my client companies.
These positions vary from Software developers,
Systems Engineers, Project Leaders/Managers,
Product Development Managers, Marketing
Managers and Systems Architects. All of
these positions do require EJB, J2EE or
XML experience.
The companies vary from well funded 30-75
person Pre-IPO's with founders stock options,
to recent IPO's with a lot of money, to expand
their worldwide business quickly, to the large
stable public companies.
The comp. range is $100-150K for most
positions with perf. bonuses.
Some positions also offer an opportunity to
be set-up in a home office if preferred.
Most people that we place into new positions
considered themselves happy before we contact
them, they just had an open mind to find out
what is out there that may potentially be better.
No one can claim that it is easy to change jobs,
but what in life, that is worth anything, is easy?
I am confident that you would agree, if we have a
position that helps you to achieve your goals
that you currently are not reaching, then it
would be well worth the time and effort invested
