Hi Jorge, Personally I think the Inprise Application Server 4.0 has the makings to kick the ass ( | ) of both of these servers. IMHO Inprise has a far superior technically foundation. I think over the next year we will see this *sales* war been fought harder I believe the other is already over and won. By the way I recently saw a sales document from vendor regarding IAS which had so many inaccuracies that I would not trust too much what this vendor says in any comparison. This is my favourite phrase from the sales guy: <crocodile-talk> Gary, I hope the above [lies] is helpful. Much was written by one of our engineers, who clearly felt strongly [duh, who else would] on the subject of !@#$%^&* over Inprise. No disrespect intended [ha, ha, this guy is moonlighting as a comedian]. I'm more than happy [$$$$$$] to have one of our technical people speak [hypnotise before surgery] with your engineer on this subject. It would be really interesting to determine what and why your developer feels so strongly in favor of Inprise [we need to lobotomise him] . If there is any assistance I can provide [I have done this brain surgery before] on this end, please let me know." </crocodile-talk> kind regards William Louth http://www.inprise.com/appserver/ > -----Original Message----- > From: yu_robin [SMTP:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: Wednesday, May 10, 2000 6:07 AM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: ??: Help.... > > Read this PDF file. <<WSandWL.pdf>> > > > -----ԭʼʼ----- > > : Jorge Rodriguez [SMTP:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > > ʱ: 200059 22:01 > > ռ: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > : Help.... > > > > > > Hello, > > > > My name is Jorge Rodrguez, in my department we are > > interested in beginning with the development of > > applications with servers applications (EJB), I have > > been working with two (WebLogic and WebSphere).
