Hi Atul,
        Run As mode means that what is the identity that will be delegated to the
other bean.  Say bean1 calls method2 of bean2. Now what will be the security
credentials that will be passed to bean2 so that bean2 can perform
authorization check.
        Run as mode is of three types...
         1. CLIENT_IDENTITY
       2. SERVER_IDENTITY
         3. SPECIFIED_IDENTITY.

CLIENT_IDENTITY means that whatever identity has called bean1 the same
security credentials will be passed to bean2.
SERVER_IDENTITY means that identity of server is passed as security
credentials to bean2.
SPECIFIED_IDENTITY means that a particular identity is passed to bean2.

Now in case of SPECIFIED_IDENTITY, Run as identity come into picture. In run
as identity you specify the identity you want to pass to bean2.
