I highly recommend these guys: http://www.verisign.com/payment/. They have
a command line interface to their processing system, and also have (had?) a
Java API that I did not get the chance to work with. Download the SDKs and
that may give you a good idea about how to proceed.
I am not currently speaking for Retek and do not know what Retek uses for
processing (if anything). I am a consultant here.
